Shipping
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. You will be sent a tracking reference number through Canada Post once the package is on it's way. I do my very best to pack each parcel with extreme care for the journey to it's new home and can not claim responsibility for possible weather/customs delays or damages during shipping. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Returns
I do not accept returns or exchanges but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Cancellations
I do not accept cancellations once an item has been shipped but will gladly issue a refund if it's requested before the package has been sent out.

- to fulfil your order.
- for legal reasons (taxes, etc.)
Payment information is kept secure and the shop never receives your credit card information.
